Terms and Conditions

Wholze is an online platform where wholesalers, suppliers, retailers, dropshippers and buyers can find each other, list products, post requirements, send quotes and talk directly. By creating an account or using Wholze you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Wholze is meant for businesses and business purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use it.

• Give accurate information about yourself and your business, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not create accounts to mislead others or to avoid a suspension.

Wholze is a networking and discovery platform. It is not an online store. Wholze does not sell products, hold money, process payments, arrange delivery or take part in any deal between users.

Any deal, price, payment, delivery or dispute is only between the buyer and the seller. Wholze is not a party to it and does not guarantee that any user will complete a deal or act honestly.

• Everything you post must be true, accurate and lawful, including prices, MOQ, stock status, photos and descriptions.
• Only list products you are legally allowed to sell, and use photos you have the right to use.
• A quote you send is your own offer. Wholze does not make it binding on anyone.
• Wholze may remove or hide any listing, requirement or quote that breaks these Terms.

A Verified Business badge means Wholze has done a limited manual check on that business. It is not a guarantee of quality, honesty, financial health or legal compliance. Always do your own checks before sending money or goods.

Messages, phone numbers and other details you share are your own responsibility. Never share OTPs, passwords or banking secrets with anyone. Be careful with advance payments and verify the other business before you pay.

• Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience.
• You may not review your own products, ask others to post fake reviews, or post reviews in exchange for payment.
• Wholze may remove reviews that are fake, abusive or break these Terms.

• Post fake, misleading, counterfeit, stolen or illegal products or offers.
• Scam, cheat or pressure other users, or take advance payments with no intention to deliver.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users, or send spam.
• Scrape, copy or collect data from Wholze, or interfere with how the platform works.
• Try to break into accounts or systems, or upload harmful files or code.
• Use Wholze for anything that breaks the law.

Anyone can report a listing or a business. Wholze may review reports and may remove content, hide listings, block accounts or remove verification at its own judgement, with or without notice, especially where there is a risk to other users.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it on Wholze you give Wholze permission to store, display and share it on the platform so that the service can work, for example showing your products to buyers.

Wholze is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free or that every listing is accurate. Some features, such as Wholze AI, give general guidance only and can be wrong.

To the extent allowed by law, Wholze is not responsible for losses arising from deals between users, the conduct of other users, content posted by users, or any interruption of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Wholze after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
